Abstract: The present invention relates to a computerized space programming method. In the method five critical phases are utilized to determine the optimal space programming for a business. These phases are (1) validation phase, to get an accurate snapshot of the current space, (2) forecasting phase, interpreting the future, (3) adjacency phase, determining the critical relationships between departments, (4) questionnaire phase, interviewing the management to determine what is important to the business; and (5) analysis phase, generates reports in order to after analyze all the data.
