  • Patent number: 11890927
Abstract: An improved twin clutch, two-speed disconnect secondary drive unit, which may be configured as a rear drive unit (RDU) for an all wheel drive vehicle is provided. The RDU is driven through an input shaft, which is connected to a vehicle drive source such as a motor, and includes a twin clutch assembly, which is connected to the drive shaft and is selectively actuated to drive left and right main shafts, which drive respective wheels of the vehicle. The RDU further includes a modular a shift assembly mountable to one or both of said main shafts to drive output shafts, wherein each shift assembly is selectively operable between the hi-range and lo-range modes to shift driving operation of the output shafts between hi-speed and lo-speed operation. The shift assembly may be controlled by improved mono-stable or bi-stable actuators.

  • Patent number: 7328611
Abstract: An Arrangement for the measurement of a level of a medium in a container the arrangement allows for removal of the microwave level measurement device, without opening the container, which allows use of standard connectors. The arrangement comprises: a mounting section surrounding an opening of the container; a tubular adapter comprising a first standard connector located on a first end of the adapter and a second standard connector located on a second end of the adapter, which is mounted on the mounting section of the container by the first standard connector; an isolation window transparent for microwaves seating a passageway through the adapter having an outer rim, which is clamped between the mounting section and the first standard connector; and a microwave level measurement device, comprising a standard process connector to be mounted on the second connector of the adapter.

  • Patent number: 7194363
Abstract: A low power ultrasonic flowmeter to be powered by a two wire power supply loop is described, comprising: an ultrasonic flow sensor, a signal processing unit for determining a measurement result based on measurements performed by the ultrasonic flow sensor, an input/output unit to be connected to the two wire loop, for controlling a current of the power supplied to represent the measurement result, for receiving power from the power supply loop, and a power management system, for an energy efficient distribution of the power supplied to the flowmeter via the input/output unit, comprising storage means for storing energy during times of low power consumption and resupplying the stored energy during times of high power consumption.
