Abstract: A method for visualizing system models in a model management environment, which includes the steps of opening the system model in the model editor, receiving a user input for rescaling a block, determining a relative horizontal position and a relative vertical position for each port in the block, calculating a new absolute horizontal and vertical position of each port in the block based on the relative horizontal and vertical position and the new size preset for the block, and displaying the block and each port in the block.

Abstract: A customer service system is described that uses a remote device diagnostic system to improve a customer's experience during a customer service call. Mobile device operating system application programming interfaces provide access to resources on a mobile device allowing an external customer service system to access device information. The customer service system utilizes a combination of application programming interfaces and a device management protocol to provide remote device diagnostics during a customer service call. For devices that support device management protocol, the customer service system uses application programming interfaces for retrieval of device parameters and uses device management for device parameter configuration. For devices that do not support device management, the customer service system uses application programming interfaces for device parameter retrievals, but does not provide capabilities for remote device parameter configuration.

Abstract: A robotic system has a drive chassis having a drive motor and a drive element attached to the first drive motor. Additionally, a motor controller system provides drive signals to the first drive motor. A logic controller provides control signals to the motor controller. A network system is provided for communicating with the logic controller. At least one peripheral element communicates with the network system. There is additionally provided a wireless arrangement for communicating wirelessly with the network system.
