  • Patent number: 9539770
Abstract: An embodiment relates to a molding device that may be used to produce a part made from a composite material. The molding device includes an inductive flexible membrane and an electrically conductive rigid portion. The inductive flexible membrane generates a magnetic field which creates eddy currents in the rigid portion, thereby creating a heat flow. This heat flow heats the part made from composite material by means of conduction.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 5, 2010
Date of Patent: January 10, 2017
    Assignee: UNIVERSITE DU HAVRE
    Inventors: Sebastien Gueret, Joel Breard
  • Publication number: 20140252686
Abstract: A method of detecting bubbles during operations for injecting resin for the manufacture of fibre composite components, is noteworthy in that the electrical capacitance or conductivity of at least one part of the medium formed by the fibres and the liquid is measured.
