Abstract: Wireless communication device (WCD) for use in an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) includes a multi-purpose WCD accessory. The accessory is comprised of a first plate having opposed first and second major faces. The first major face includes a heat transfer surface configured to contact a body of the WCD interior of the UAV when the WCD is secured to the first major face. A second plate is attached to the second major face in a cantilever configuration and extends exterior of the fuselage in a direction away from the second major surface. The second plate comprises at least a portion of a ground plane for an antenna system utilized by the WCD, and together with the first plate forms a heat sink for the WCD.

Abstract: A shooting rest, components thereof, and associated methods. The shooting rest includes a frame, a forward firearm support connected to the frame, and a rear firearm support connected to the frame. The rear firearm support includes a stop configured to limit rearward movement of the firearm with respect to the frame when the firearm is fired. A liquid tank is supported by the frame and is configured to hold liquid to increase the effective mass of the shooting rest to reduce recoil felt by a shooter when the firearm is fired.

Abstract: The present invention provides methods and protein compositions having advantageous properties, such as a high uncorrected limiting amino acid score as well as favorable amounts of essential amino acids, branched chain amino acids, as well as other amino acids more difficult to find in the regular diet. The protein composition is obtainable as taught herein from algal or microbial biomass. The protein composition produced according to the methods of the invention provides a proteinaceous food or food ingredient that is more nutritionally balanced (and therefore nutritionally superior) to protein compositions otherwise available. The protein material is advantageously used as a food or food ingredient for humans and/or animals. Also provided are methods of producing the protein material from biomass sources.

The system apparatus consists of a network of terminals back-ended by a central server. The onsite terminal consists of an interactive electronic display featuring a lighting display compartment and a electronics compartment for user user interactivity, including audio video input and credit card reader. The display is electronically connected to a server and online payment company. A user may send a message comprising an electronic postcard or a video message from the display to one or more recipients. The message is accompanied by promotional material selected by the host of the display.
