  • Patent number: 5056197
Abstract: A clip of extruded plastic material especially useful for embracing and holding an electrode lead wire of an electrode in a predetermined position; the clip is composed of two hingedly connected leaf portions with mating hook portions to hold the clip leafs closed and wherein one of the leaf portions is configured with a lift tab portion for opening the clip to release the electrode lead wire; one of the leafs is provided with an adhesive surface to attach it to a support surface.

  • Patent number: 4969564
Abstract: A baby bottle assembly having a nipple which is mounted on a flexible straw extending from the bottle such that in the preferred embodiment, the straw is disposed within the interior of the bottle with a substantial portion of the straw extending exteriorly of the bottle and having a nipple structure mounted on the end, such that a baby can feed from the bottle in an upright position without the need of having to invert the bottle to facilitate fluid flow to the nipple and further, wherein a one-way valve structure is mounted on the end of the straw within the nipple assembly to permit fluid flow in an outward direction from the bottle while preventing air from entering the bottle through the flexible straw.

  • Patent number: 4815964
Abstract: In one embodiment, the electrode is used in conjunction with a lead wire and a head that attaches to the electrode. The electrode itself includes first and second main face each having, among other things, a central zone. The central zone of each face is made of an electrically conductive material such that electrical current flows between the first and second main faces. The first face is releasably adhered to the skin of the patient or wearer. Radially outboard of the central zone mounted on the second main or outer face of the electrode is an elongate member. A first portion of the elongate member is attached to the second main face. The second portion of the elongate member is movable with respect to the first portion and enables the tight embrace of the head when the head is in the electrical engagement with the conductive material of the first main face. The elongate member includes a latch means to tie or strap the head onto the second main face of the electrode.
