A vehicle operator workflow includes a set of tasks to be completed by a vehicle operator. The vehicle operator workflow may be presented to the vehicle operator upon satisfaction of a triggering event, such as upon the vehicle operator logging into an account or the vehicle entering a specified geographic region. The vehicle operator workflow may enable the vehicle operator to complete the individual tasks as well as submit evidence that the tasks have been completed.

According to certain aspects, a mobile device may enable a user to capture digital image data and/or a video stream and other information of house features and characteristics that may be used to determine insurability and estimated replacement cost of the property. The mobile device may enable the user to capture the information at the property location, which may eliminate the need for a manual assessment or characterization of home features by a homeowner. A back-end server may receive the data, analyze the data to generate an insurance quote (and/or insurance application) for the property, and transmit the insurance quote (and/or application) to the mobile device for presentation to the user. The mobile device may enable the user to select terms, deductibles, limits, and/or coverages, and ultimately approve a homeowner's insurance policy.

The order assistance system may determine whether the consumable component requires at least one of replacement or repair by comparing the condition data with one or more maintenance parameters. Additionally, in response to a determination that the consumable component requires at least one of replacement or repair, the order assistance system may recommend at least one of a replacement component or a repair service in accordance with one or more order parameters pre-selected by a user. In some aspects, an insurance policy associated with the consumable component may be adjusted based on the successful repair or replacement of the consumable component.

A time of year corresponding to at least one of the digital aerial images is determined, and the feature(s) of the property and the time of year are analyzed to determine a risk of damage to a structure located on the property. Based at least in part on the risk of damage, a risk output is generated that includes an indication of whether action should be taken to mitigate the risk of damage to the structure, an indication of whether insurance coverage associated with the structure should be offered, and/or a measure of the risk of damage to the structure.
