  • Publication number: 20240157720
Abstract: A substrate is printed with front side and back side markings. The front side when viewed with reflected light includes: a first marking printed with a first gradient of two colors; a second marking printed with a second gradient of two colors; a first symbol printed with a third gradient of two colors; a second symbol printed with a fourth gradient of two colors; a third symbol printed with a fifth gradient of two colors; and a fourth symbol printed with a sixth gradient of two colors. The back side when viewed with reflected light includes: a third marking printed with the fourth gradient; a fourth marking printed with the third gradient; a fifth symbol printed with the second gradient; a sixth symbol printed with the first gradient; a seventh symbol printed with the sixth gradient; and an eighth symbol printed with the fifth gradient.

  • Publication number: 20230374889
Abstract: A method of completing a well in a single trip includes drilling a well-bore with drilling mud, miming a single trip completion string including an upper completion, a lower completion, and a packer between the upper and lower completions into the wellbore, displacing the wellbore to solids free fluid by opening or closing a circulation sliding sleeve disposed below the packer in the lower completion, opening the circulation sliding sleeve and spotting gravel slurry in a casing annulus, closing the circulation sliding sleeve and pumping the gravel slurry down the casing annulus into an open hole annulus while taking returns through a base pipe of a sand control assembly and production tubing of the single trip completion string, opening the circulation sliding sleeve, displacing the cased hole section to completion fluid, closing the circulation sliding sleeve, and setting the packer.

  • Publication number: 20230003096
Abstract: A technique facilitates use of a swellable packer or packers which may be disposed along completion equipment of a well string. Each packer comprises a packer frame and a plurality of swellable elements formed of materials which swell in different types of fluids. The plurality of swellable elements may comprise a first swellable element mounted on the packer frame and swellable in a first type of fluid. A second swellable element also may be mounted on the packer frame proximate the first swellable element and swellable in a second type of fluid which is different from the first type of fluid. Additionally, a portion of an alternate path system may extend through the swellable elements to facilitate a gravel packing operation.

  • Patent number: 10502005
Abstract: A technique facilitates connection of tubing strings in which one tubing string is received in another tubing string. A connector has an inner connector which may be coupled with an inner tubing string and an outer connector which may be coupled with an outer tubing string. The inner connector is sealingly received in the outer connector and releasably held within the outer connector by a releasable member. The construction of the connector enables selective release of the inner connector from the outer connector by applying a suitable force.

  • Patent number: 9047279
Abstract: Systems and methods for creating and using 2-dimensional matrix code on tags or labels to identify panel components and associated information stored in and accessible from a data storage device or server or computer with a document management system (DMS). Related information can be encoded into an identifier using a URL with hyperlink onto a 2D matrix tag or label attached to specific panel component or wire. The information encoded in the 2D matrix code can be decoded using an interactive reader and data capture device such as a smart-phone or tablet computing device. Use the capture device's decoded information to provide interactive access and visual display to the interactive URL and hyperlink related information in the DMS. The capture device can be configured to provide immediate intelligence and functions with comparison and confirmation of quality, functionality, maintenance, status, and conformity with respect to panel components.
