  • Publication number: 20220408729
Abstract: The present invention is related to the field of liquid disinfectant formulas, specifically with obtaining disinfectant compositions applicable to hard and smooth surfaces, porous surfaces and for human use; particularly with disinfectant compositions that allow the surface or surfaces where it is applied, a disinfection with a prolonged effect, for periods greater than 24 hours. More particularly with the use of long-lasting disinfectant compounds, some of them approved by international agencies such as the EPA, and which are also approved by the FDA for cosmetic use due to their low or null toxicity. More particularly, the present invention relates to the formulation of said compositions.

  • Patent number: 11339098
Abstract: The object of this invention is a process for manufacturing, conditioning and stabilization of a family of base additives sodium, potassium, boron, silicon, zinc, calcium oxides, among others, prepared by physicochemical and chemical synthesis methods that form nanometric structures, reformulated with deflocculant, sequestrants and dispersants additives that allow to obtain a dispersion or powder capable to decrease the sintering temperature of a ceramic body due to the high fluxing power, which is maximized by the use of nanotechnology in the structures obtained. The process consists in the preparation of nucleation seeds of metal, silicates and carbonates oxides by means of a physicochemical process, and which allow nanometric structures to grow by means of a chemical process in a chemical synthesis process wet basis of sodium, boron, silicon, zinc, potassium and calcium oxides.

  • Patent number: 9783930
Abstract: A hydrophobic paper or cardboard that has self-assembled silicon-oxide nanoparticles with functional silane groups and fluorocarbonated compounds linked directly to cellulose fibers of at least one surfaces thereof, with a Cobb value of 8 to 25 g/m2 and water contact angles of 100° to 140°, which can be used for packing foodstuffs. The hydrophobic paper or cardboard may be printed, is recyclable and exhibits improved adhesion in areas requiring adhesive bonding of paper or cardboard.

  • Publication number: 20150330025
Abstract: A hydrophobic paper or cardboard wherein comprising auto-assembled silicon oxide nanoparticles with silane functional groups and fluorocarbon compounds bound directly to cellulose fibers on at least one of its surfaces, with a Cobb value of 8 to 25 g/m2 and contact angles of water of 100° to 140°, useful as packing for food. The hydrophobic paper or cardboard can be printed, is recyclable and has improved adhesion to areas requiring gluing of paper or cardboard.

  • Publication number: 20040126292
Abstract: This invention provides a novel method for separating alkaline salts from industrial byproduct mixtures of solid containing a source of the alkaline salt and a free carbonaceous material. In one embodiment, the industrial byproduct may be a mixture of solid materials that comprises: sodium carbonate, hydrate phases of sodium carbonates, free carbon particulates, water and minor amounts of insoluble materials as impurities. An external source of heat is initially applied to the byproduct mixture to raise the temperature of the free carbon particulates to the ignition point at which time a source of oxygen, introduced into the byproduct mixture, reacts with the heated carbon particulates and combine exothermally to form carbon dioxide gas and autogenously release thermal energy.
