  • Patent number: 11514217
Abstract: Systems and method for generating Ethernet modules based on base designs. After a processor receives a base design for an industrial device assembly, the processor may calculate electrical load limits for sections of the base design based on dimensions of the sections, a number of sections, a location of the industrial device assembly, and the like. Based on the electrical load limits, the processor may determine a number of Ethernet modules for the sections and respective placements of the Ethernet modules within the base design. The processor may update a layout of the industrial device assembly based on the number of Ethernet modules for the sections and respective placements of the Ethernet modules within the base design.

  • Patent number: 11514202
Abstract: Systems and method for generating a base design and corresponding layout based on client data and an electrical load list. The electrical load list may include any number of electrical components for an industrial device assembly. A processor may determine parameters that define levels of operations for each of the electrical components based on the client data and subsequently identify a set of base designs based on the parameters. Additionally, supporting modules that assist operations of at lead one of the electrical components may be added to the base design. In turn, the set of base designs and corresponding supporting modules may be displayed to a user as a set of visualizations. In response to receiving a selection of a particular visualization that represents a particular base design, the processor may generate and display a layout corresponding to the particular base design.

  • Patent number: 11423495
Abstract: A computing system has a processor that receives input data including an electrical load list. The computing system dynamically generates a single-line diagram based on the input data. That is, the computing system may generate the single-line diagram while the input data is generated, modified, or the like. The input data may be provided by a customer via a graphical user interface (GUI). The single-line diagram may be rendered in the same GUI on a client device.

  • Patent number: 11360452
Abstract: A computing system has a processor that receives client data defining one or more electrical loads of an industrial automation project. The computing system generates one or more motor control lineups based on the client data and historical data associated with a plurality of previous industrial automation projects. The computing system receives a selection of a motor control lineup form a plurality of motor control lineups. A visual representation of the selected motor control lineup is generated and transmitted for display on a graphical user interface.

  • Patent number: 11263359
Abstract: Systems and method for selecting option packs using guided selection via base designs. A processor may display visualizations that represent types of option packs associated with the industrial device assembly. Each visualization may include a slide visualization that moves selectable levels. The selectable levels may include a first selectable level and a second selectable level. For instance, the first selectable level may correspond to a first rating related to a respective operation of a respective type of option pack. After receiving a first selection of a type of option pack and a second selection representative of a selectable level, the processor may identify an option pack that corresponds to the first and second selections. In turn, the processor may generate an updated base design and layout based on the identified option pack.
