Abstract: A device is provided for extracting paste from a kneading machine, in particular a kneading machine having a cylindrical vessel with a vertical axis of rotation, provided with a spiral type kneading tool which has a vertical axis and is mounted eccentrically relative to the axis of rotation of the vessel and which is driven by a driving device partly disposed in a housing in alignment with the tool. This device comprises a withdrawable paste extractor having an intermediate position of equilibrium between a working position and a withdrawn position, and a pivotable main cover having a shape complementary to the shape of the extractor so as to prevent access to the vessel when the extractor is in the intermediate position of equilibrium or the working position.

Abstract: A kneader including a vat having an open upper part and structure for emptying the vat is characterized in that the structure includes at least one dough deflector a part of which extends, in the active position, into the vat and is adapted for emptying the vat and a device allowing a relative displacement of the basin, the dough, and the deflector to be effected. The deflector advantageously has a first end part adapted for removing dough at the bottom of the vat, an intermediate part adapted for raising the dough removed towards the upper part of the vat, and a second end part adapted for ejecting the dough towards the outside of the vat.

Abstract: This machine is of the type comprising a frame (1) supporting a hopper (2) for charging the products, a cutting plate, an ejection plate (6a, 6b) for ejecting the cut products disposed under the cutting plate (4), and a device (13) for driving in rotation the cutting plate and the ejection plate. According to the invention, the ejection plate is driven in rotation in a direction opposed to that of the cutting plate. Advantageously, the speed of rotation of the ejection plate is higher than that of the cutting plate.
