  • Patent number: 10414094
Abstract: A purge station assembly for use in an additive manufacturing system, which includes a purge station having a base bracket, a slide mount slidably engaged with the base bracket, and a contact head configured to clean a nozzle tip of a print head. The purge station assembly also includes a mechanism, such as a cable line, operably attached to the slide mount that allows an operator to mechanically move the slide mount relative to the base bracket from a location that is remote from the purge station.

  • Patent number: 10031091
Abstract: A component imaging system having at least one x-ray tube and an x-ray detector comprises a rotatable platform positioned between the x-ray tube and the x-ray detector. The rotatable platform is rotatable about a first rotational axis. A turntable is mounted on top of the rotatable platform. The turntable comprises: a stage platform for holding a component having an area of interest, the area of interest having a rotational axis; and a mounting plate rotating with the rotatable platform about the first rotational axis. The stage platform is movable in at least a first direction from a starting position to an imaging position to align the rotational axis of the area of interest with the rotational axis of the rotatable platform.

  • Patent number: 10015872
Abstract: A x-ray tube mounting assembly, including a mounting bracket, a first x-ray tube support configured for supporting a first x-ray tube, a second x-ray tube support configured for supporting a second x-ray tube, and a control assembly for moving the first and second x-ray tube supports substantially simultaneously between a first position, wherein the first x-ray tube support is in an operating position and the second x-ray tube support is in a first stowed position not for operation of a second x-ray tube operably supported thereby, and a second position, wherein the second x-ray tube support is in the operating position and the first x-ray tube support is in a second stowed position not for operation of a first x-ray tube operably supported thereby. The first x-ray tube may be of different focus source magnitude than the second x-ray tube.
