  • Patent number: 7828530
Abstract: The invention concerns a dual pump, comprising an electric motor (18) including a drive shaft, the shaft including, at each of its axial ends, a shaft output (21, 22), and two pump impellers, each shaft output driving a respective pump impeller, one first of the pump impellers (23) operating at low pressure and high flow rate, and the second of the pump impellers (30) operating at higher pressure and lower flow rate. The water pumped by the second pump impeller (30) is drawn proximate the outlet of the first pump impeller (23) and returns to the inlet of the second pump impeller. • Publication number: 20080296396
Abstract: The invention relates to a heat pump. It relates to a heat pump which, in a primary circuit, comprises a compressor (10), a condenser (12) forming a heat exchanger between the refrigerating fluid and the swimming pool water, an expander (14) and an evaporator (16) forming a heat exchanger between the external surroundings and the refrigerating fluid. The condenser (12) comprises two heat exchange circuits and the heat pump comprises a pressure sensor (18), a member for switching the circulation of the refrigerating fluid between states in which it is circulated in just one or in at least two of the heat exchange circuits, and a member for controlling the switching member according to the value of the signal from the sensor (18). • Patent number: 7311821
Abstract: A water circulation unit includes an ejector (142), a convergent, and a pipe (146) which is arranged in the extension of the convergent. The ejection axis practically merges with the symmetry axis of the convergent, the two axes forming a common axis of the unit, and the distance between the water outlet of the ejector (142) and the downstream section of the convergent is between 0.4 and 1.6 times the length of the convergent. A guiding region is located just upstream of the upstream section of the convergent following the common axis, at least up to the water outlet of the ejector (142) when the outlet is located outside the convergent, the region ensuring that the water is essentially symmetrically guided around the common axis during the operation of the ejector. In a filter unit, a cartridge (154) is arranged around the water circulation unit.

  • Patent number: 6830680
Abstract: This invention relates to a filtration process for swimming pools, to a water flow multiplier for the implementation of this process and to the swimming pools thus designed. According to this invention, at least a portion of the return water flow of the circulation pump (10) is sent in at least one flow multiplier (30), consisting essentially of a convergent tuyere followed by a divergent tuyere with, at the intermediary location, an admission (29) of said return water flow of the pump, of which the entrance on the side of the convergent tuyere communicates with at least one admission (23) of the water to be filtered coming from the swimming pool and which goes through a filter (31) suitably set upstream from this entrance, and of which the exit on the side of the divergent tuyere opens to the pool forming return (33).

  • Patent number: 6681537
Abstract: A process for the implementation of Civil Engineering works, swimming pools and water tanks in which, after digging in the grounds an excavation of suitable dimensions, are suitably set and wedged near the excavation walls, at a level on the bottom of the excavation and with the desired alignments, feet on which the elevated lower part of said panels will rest and be wedged, these feet having, on the outside of the work looking toward the grounds, a large opening above which are wedged chimneys that are fastened to the panels, a gully is set all around the outside of the work, above the chimneys and against the upper part of the panels, concrete or concrete mortar being poured into said gully to form the work upper clamping by filling up the chimneys and letting it overflow on the lower part of the panels, after having set inside the chimneys and in the upper gully the needed reinforcement irons, thus forming vertical pillars that will hold the work all around.

  • Patent number: 6574934
Abstract: The invention relates to a block forming a dead form work element for the construction of a mechanically resistant concrete wall. The block essentially comprises two parts (1a, 1b) which can be assembled, each part consisting of a main surface (10a, 10b) which is integral with and acts as the starting point on one side for bracing elements in the form of a shaft (11a, 12a, 13a, 14a, 14b), whereby said parts when assembled rest against each other and interlock via the ends of the bracing elements. The invention can be used to improve the construction of swimming pools.
