Generally described, the infuser tip includes a concave surface or a similarly structured area that retains formula for application to the skin. The infuser tips described herein generally apply cosmetic formula to the skin with a reciprocating (e.g., tapping) motion. Converter assemblies for generating such reciprocating motion from an oscillating motor are provided. Embodiments of converter assemblies generally include an outer housing, a follower having a cam following surface, and a cam rotatably couplable to the outer housing. In general, the follower is configured for reciprocating motion and the cam is configured for oscillating motion, both with respect to the outer housing. In this regard, interaction of the cam and the cam following surface causes the follower to reciprocate when the cam oscillates.
