Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to an apparatus and methods for coupling a fiber array unit to an optical die. The apparatus may include an optical die, that may include a plurality of grooves. The apparatus may include a plurality of optical fibers, arranged in the plurality of grooves. The apparatus may include a lid that may include a first surface and a second surface, opposite the first surface, wherein the second surface is non-parallel to the first surface, and an adhesive layer between the optical die and the second surface of the lid.

Abstract: A portable, deployable water tank, includes a folding frame having a first and second frame halves each with a first end, a first and second sides each rotatably coupled to the first end such that the first and second sides are each foldable with the first end in an accordion-like fashion. A coupling mechanism is on a second end of each of the first and second sides of each of the first and second frame halves and couples and decouples the first frame half and the second frame half. Each of the first frame half and the second frame half are moveable between a collapsed configuration and a deployed configuration. The tank includes a flexible receptacle having vertical sidewalls and a skirt disposed substantially flat on a surface when the folding frame is in the deployed configuration.

Abstract: Drain sleeve retention and release assembly embodiments having a pivotable bar rotatably attached to a water tank frame and a releasable attachment mechanism attached to the frame, wherein the releasable attachment mechanism is movable between a deployed position a retracted position, wherein a flexible drain sleeve is positionable between the pivotable bar and the top rail such that the flexible drain sleeve is releasably clamped between the pivotable bar and the frame when the releasable attachment mechanism is disposed in the deployed position.

Abstract: The method, system and user-interface facilitates patient compliance with healthcare provider instructions for prescription medication after discharge from a healthcare facility by analyzing patient current medication, canceling open prescriptions no longer used by the patient, aligning verified patient current prescriptions with patient discharge prescriptions, thus limiting the number of occasions on which a customer must visit the pharmacy to retrieve refills of the aligned prescriptions, and providing follow-up education at multiple occasions after discharge, decreasing the likelihood that the patient will be re-admitted to the hospital for the same ailment or complications from that ailment and increasing the likelihood that the customer will comply with the recommended medication regimen.
