    Abstract: A penile meatal guard for a Foley-type catheter is composed of a material having a greater rigidity than the catheter and including a tubular section construction and arranged to slideably engage the catheter for insertion into the end of the urethra. An annular locating ring is disposed at the outer end of the tubular section for engaging the distal end of the penis.
