  • Publication number: 20230191418
Abstract: The invention relates to a replaceable key grinding pan segment for a grinding track of a grinding pan of a roller mill, the grinding track having an annular shape with an outer circumference and an inner circumference around a center point. The length of the inner edge of the key grinding pan segment closer to the center point is greater here than the length of the outer edge further from the center point. The invention also relates to a grinding pan segment system, a roller mill, and a method for replacing grinding pan segments.

  • Publication number: 20220032311
Abstract: The invention relates to a lever system for force transmission for a grinding roller. A more cost-efficient, simplified lever system is to be created which no longer requires the integration into a mill stand but is more easily accessible for installation and maintenance works. For this purpose, provision is made in particular in that on the central rocking lever of the grinding roller an eccentrically arranged side lever is provided which has a lever arm extending in the opposite direction to the grinding roller and in that the force transmission onto rocking lever and grinding roller takes place via a lever arm of the side lever and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder.

  • Publication number: 20160121335
Abstract: The invention relates to a grinding roller having an inclined, fixed inner roller axle (3), a roller jacket (6) being provided on a roller base body (7). The rotatable roller base body (7) is mounted relatively to the fixed inner roller axle (3) by means of an arranged fixed bearing (11) and a floating bearing (12) which is spaced apart therefrom. The floating bearing (12) is provided in the region of the end face of the roller axle (3) and for supporting the roller base body (7) having the roller jacket (6) so as to allow their rotation, and the fixed bearing (11) is arranged on the roller axle (3) in an outwardly offset manner in the direction of the swing lever (14).

  • Publication number: 20130082129
Abstract: The invention relates to a transportable roller mill for reducing solids with a mill housing, a grinding pan, two grinding rollers, two swing lever units, a grinding pan drive and a gear for the grinding pan. It is further provided that the roller mil is arranged for transport and operation in a container. The swing lever units are respectively connected to the mill housing and supports extend from the connection regions of the swing lever units to the bottom of the container. Vibration dampers are provided between the container bottom and the supports. The invention further relates to a grinding installation.
