  • Patent number: 9291261
Abstract: The shift sequence for a transmission ratio change of a vehicle drive train is determined depending on an operating state of the vehicle drive train existing upon the actual transmission ratio of the transmission device. The operating state is characterized by various operating state quantities of the vehicle drive train, which represent input quantities of a model representing the vehicle drive train. Output quantities of the model supply at least one target value that determines the shift sequence in terms of characterization and application as input quantities of an optimization routine, by which a minimization of the functional connection of at least one target value is carried out. The torque characteristics representing the shift sequence of devices of the vehicle drive train are determined depending on the minimum of the functional connection of at least one target value, taking into account the limits of the operating state quantities.

  • Patent number: 9115711
Abstract: A method of determining displacement of a radial piston machine (1) having adjustable eccentricity (e). The radial piston machine (1) includes cylinders (2) arranged in a pivoting manner and a drive shaft that drives an eccentric (5). The rotation angle of the drive shaft is labeled as ? and the pivoting angle of the cylinders (2) is labeled ?. The pivoting angle ? is measured and from the measured values for the pivoting angle ?, the eccentricity (e) and hence the displacement (v) are calculated.

Abstract: A method for determining a shift sequence of a change of transmission ratio of a transmission device of a vehicle drive train is described. The shift sequence is determined depending on an operating state of the vehicle drive train existing upon the actual transmission ratio inserted in the transmission device. The operating state is characterized by various operating state quantities of the vehicle drive train, which represent input quantities of a model representing the vehicle drive train (B2).

  • Patent number: 7841442
Abstract: A hydrostatic transmission that is operated in an open loop by way of an adjustable hydraulic motor (5), which is adjusted for the purpose of acceleration or deceleration with the aid of an electronic control unit (8) such that a desired vehicle speed corresponds to a measured vehicle speed.

  • Patent number: 6694798
Abstract: The invention is based on a process for determination of a coefficient of friction (&mgr;) of a hydraulically activated coupling (4, 5, 6) or brake (7, 8, 9) in a load-shifting transmission (1). It is proposed that a drive shaft (14) of the transmission (1) be driven with a specified torque (T), that an output shaft (15) of the transmission (1) is blocked with a closed coupling (4, 5, 6) or brake (7, 8, 9) during a calibration run, the activation pressure (p) of coupling (4, 5, 6) or brake (7, 8, 9) is reduced in accordance with a specified course over time, the differential rotational speed (&Dgr;n) between the input (17, 18, 19) and the output (20) of the coupling (4, 5, 6) or brake (7, 8, 9) is recorded, the activation pressure (p) is ascertained in which the differential rotation speed (&Dgr;n) is greater than zero and a separation coefficient of friction (&mgr;separation) is computed on the basis of torque (T), activation pressure (p) and a construction-conditioned coupling constant.
