Patent number: 8657964Abstract: A method for dispensing a liquid or pasty cleaning agent and a liquid or pasty bleaching agent into a wash tub of a household dishwasher that includes a housing and a dispensing system disposed in the housing. The dispensing system separately stores and discharges the cleaning agent and bleaching agent. The method includes providing the dispensing system with respective reservoirs for each of the cleaning agent and the bleaching agent that have different capacities from each other. Each of the capacities are larger than needed for a single wash cycle. A first quantity of the cleaning agent and a second quantity of the bleaching agent are dispensed during a wash cycle, and the ratio of the dispensed quantities corresponds to the ratio of the capacities of the respective reservoirs.Type: GrantFiled: November 14, 2006Date of Patent: February 25, 2014Assignee: Miele & Cie. KGInventors: Markus Druecker, Joerg Kinnius, Monika Seifert, Dirk Wegener, Cornelius Wolf

Patent number: 7875124Abstract: A method for performing wash cycles in a dishwasher comprising factory includes presetting the dishwasher to an adapted wash cycle as a default cycle, the adopted wash cycle being adapted to a combination product including a detergent agent and at least one of a water-softening agent and a rinse agent. A wash cycle is selected using a control element. Using a cycle controller, the adapted wash cycle is performed until a filling of at least one reservoir with a rinse aid or a water softener salt. Using the cycle controller, a predetermined number of standard wash cycles are performed after the filling of the at least one reservoir.Type: GrantFiled: April 23, 2008Date of Patent: January 25, 2011Assignee: Miele & Cie. KGInventors: Erik Berends, Joerg Kinnius, Stephan Koch, Ursula Pieper, Monika Seifert, Cornelius Wolf

Publication number: 20100005610Abstract: Use of moldings whose length width height dimensions are always in the range from 1 mm to 3 cm, at least one dimension being greater than 5.5 mm, produced by treatment of (a) open-cell foam whose density is in the range from 5 to 500 kg/m3 and whose average pore diameter is in the range from 1 ?m to 1 mm (b) with an aqueous formulation of at least one compound having at least one hemiaminal or aminal group per molecule or at least one copolymer containing at least one copolymerized comonomer which contains OH groups or which contains ?-dicarbonyl groups, or which contains epoxy groups, (c) and a shaping step, as dust binders in vacuum cleaners.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 11, 2007Publication date: January 14, 2010Applicant: BASF SEInventors: Ulf Baus, Stefan Frenzel, Bernhard Vath, Christof Moeck, Stefan Tiekoetter, Andre Bertram, Joerg Kinnius, Cornelius Wolf
