  • Patent number: 11964615
Abstract: A fastening device, configured for interlocking attachment in a through-opening of a structural element, wherein the fastening device comprises a contact surface for contact on a first side of the structural element delimiting the through-opening as well as at least one first latching tab and at least one second latching tab, wherein the latching tabs each have at least one latching projection, wherein the latching projections are configured to engage behind the through-opening on a second side of the structural element delimiting the through-opening, wherein the distance of the latching projection of the second latching tab from the contact surface is greater than the corresponding distance in the case of the first latching tab. The fastening device can be, in particular, part of a container, for example of a coolant expansion tank, of a motor vehicle and the structural element part of a body of the motor vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11858334
Abstract: A mounting arrangement for a motor vehicle, at least having at least one heat exchanger and a protective element for the at least one heat exchanger, which with a grid structure through which a fluid may flow at least partially covers a surface, over which the fluid may flow, of the at least one heat exchanger, wherein the protective element is a component that is manufactured by an injection molding process, and has at least one sealing element, integrally formed on the protective element in a multicomponent method, for conducting flow of the fluid.

  • Patent number: 10385757
Abstract: A cooling device for an internal combustion engine is provided. During assembly, the radiator and the cooler are connected by first connecting the radiator and the cooler via a lower plug-in connection as a result of a vertical joining motion and then bringing the radiator and the cooler into a slightly tilted position. The position is achieved via limited swiveling mobility of the lower plug-in connection, whereby the required degree of freedom is created so that the required distance of the radiator and of the cooler for attaching the upper first plug-in connection can be set. The upper-first plug-in connection is then attached in a final assembly step via an attachment device that is substantially orthogonal to the plane of the cooler. The limited mobility ensures that thermal or production-related tolerances due to the different operating temperatures of the radiator and the cooler are compensated during operation.
