Abstract: A fluid product, comprising a tank for storing the product in free form, a conveyor conduit projecting into the tank, an applicator device connected to the conveyor conduit, and a passage which has a first and a second mouth opening and in which a portion of the conveyor conduit is disposed, wherein the first mouth opening of the passage is disposed in the tank, the second mouth opening is connected to the interior of the tank only by way of the conveyor conduit, and the conveyor conduit projects out of the passage beyond the first mouth opening into the tank.

Abstract: A container for at least one elongate object, in particular a pen, comprising a case having an opening for introducing and removing the object, and a closure device which is pivotably coupled to the case and which can assume at least three pivotal positions, namely a first pivotal position in which it at least partially closes the opening, a second pivotal position in which it at least partially opens the opening for introducing or removing the object and a third pivotal position which is between the first and second pivotal positions. The closure device is biased in the third pivotal position towards the second pivotal position.

Abstract: A pen comprising a cartridge, a retaining sleeve for at least partially accommodating the cartridge, a locking device which can be actuated by rotation for locking the cartridge and the retaining sleeve together and a cap for protecting the cartridge, wherein the cap is displaceable axially in relation to the locking deice from a first operating position in which it is rotatable with respect to the locking device into a second operating position in which it is rotationally coupled to the locking device. The cartridge is axially displaceable with respect to the locking device, more specially by at least a distance which is equal to the spacing between the first and second operating positions of the cap.

Abstract: A writing tip holder comprising a holding element which is provided for connection to a pen body or which when suitably prolonged forms the pen body, and a stabilisation sleeve. The stabilisation sleeve is connected integrally to the holding element by way of a connection and is made from the same material as the holding element or a material which is different from the material of the holding element, in particular a more elastic material.
