Abstract: Described herein is a manual process for injection molding of coated components, more particularly coated soles of plastic, where first of all the molding tool is lined with a release agent composition and, after flashing of this release agent composition, a composition for forming the component is injected. After crosslinking of these two compositions, the produced coated component is removed from the molding tool and subjected optionally to an aftertreatment.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing a fibrous web, in particular a paper web, paperboard web or tissue web, with which a material flow of higher consistency and a material flow of lower consistency are mixed in a variable ratio over the machine width and the mixed flow is fed via a headbox as a headbox stream to a mesh section, whereby the mixing ratio between these two material flows of different consistency in the respective mixed flow acts as the set-point variable for controlling the gsm substance of the fibrous web over the machine width. In this case the ratio between the fibrous material content and the filler material content in the material flow of lower consistency is established or controlled such that the filler material fraction in the fibrous web can be established or controlled at least essentially independently of the gsm substance.

Abstract: A covering for an airbag unit arranged below a panel has at least one predetermined breaking point which is not visible from the vehicle interior provided in the panel for the passage of a deploying airbag. The covering increases the design possibilities for panels in motor vehicles. It is proposed that the panel is covered on its side facing the vehicle interior with a nonwoven textile fabric, the nonwoven textile fabric having, at least in the region of the predetermined breaking point, a textile material of lower tearing strength. According to the invention, threads of lower and higher tearing strength are incorporated in alternating fashion in the textile material.
