At least one short-stroke cylinder or mechanical movement or movement mechanics is arranged and adapted such that the spray bar is adjustable therewith in and against the feed direction of a material strip to the at least one roller, to be rolled, relative to the at least one roller. The temperature of the roller is affected locally corresponding to each nozzle on at least one roller by a multi-zone cooling with at least one spray bar. The spray bar is adjustable by means of at least one short-stroke cylinder or mechanical movement or movement mechanics in and against the feed direction of a material strip to the at least one roller, to be rolled, relative to the at least one roller.
