    Abstract: A dispenser has an actuation device (24) for dispensing components from an output device (31) which is connected to reservoirs (26, 27). The actuation device acts on the pumping devices (34, 35) indirectly via a dosing device and the dosing device is equipped with a setting device (23) which can be actuated to change the position of a transmission element (40) acting on the pumping devices for setting the quantity ratio of the components. Both the setting device and the actuation device can be rotated about a longitudinal axis (25) of the dispenser.
