  • Patent number: 10037663
Abstract: An alarm device includes a portable alarm emitter, the portable alarm emitter being configured to detect a change in an electrical property of a sensor element which is connected to the portable alarm emitter and to signal an alarm if a change is established. The portable alarm emitter and the sensor element are separate units configured to be interconnected with electrical contact. The portable alarm emitter is a reusable unit. The sensor element has an end which is formed as an eye through which an other end of the sensor element can be passed in order to form a closed loop which can only be made smaller because of a one-way locking function of the eye, the sensor element having at least one line element which can be contacted after the other end is introduced into the alarm emitter.

  • Patent number: 9873549
Abstract: A container for mailing a package or a small parcel to be sent or to be received, which container can be fastened to a door of a property, in particular without structural intervention, includes a base element, a lid element by which a mailing can be placed into the container or be removed from the container, and foldable side walls, by which the base element and the lid element are connected to each other. The lid element and the base element are movable against one another, at least in a vertical direction, by folding or at least partially unfolding the foldable side walls. The foldable side walls form a textile tube vertically extending between the base element and the lid element in the unfolded state, the textile tube defining an interior space with an at least substantially horizontal rectangular cross section.

  • Publication number: 20170325419
Abstract: A water distribution station includes: a water inlet; and at least one hose connection, wherein each hose connection is configured to be connected to a hose to conduct water from the water distribution station to at least one location for providing water. The water distribution station is configured to be assembled in modular form from a plurality of water distribution modules, each water distribution module having: at least one water inlet and a hose connection, provided with a controllable valve, for connection to a hose. A supply container is connectable to each water distribution module for receiving nutrients which can be metered from the supply container to the hose connection of the respective water distribution module.
