Abstract: A method for operating a system for repetitive local puncturing of skin is provided. The system having a handheld applicator device provided with a puncturing device configured to repetitively puncture skin and a control device connected to the handheld applicator device and configured to control operation of the applicator device. The method includes receiving a user selection for a body skin part to which repetitive local puncturing is to be applied in the control device, responsively providing a set of operation parameters in the control device, the set of operation parameters defining a mode of operation of the applicator device for repetitive local puncturing, and operating the applicator device according to the mode of operation defined by the set of operation parameters with the operating of the applicator device being controlled by the control device. Also, a system for repetitive local puncturing a skin is provided.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for the repeated piercing of a skin, with a hand-held device (1), which has a drive module (2) with a drive unit (4) that is configured for the purpose of producing a driving force, and a needle module (3) in which a piercing apparatus (6) is moveably located in the longitudinal direction of the needle module (3) and which is detachably coupled to the drive module (2) in such a way that the driving force is conducted into the piercing apparatus (6), wherein the needle module (3) has identification means (14) which can be evaluated with an evaluation apparatus (13) allocated to the identification means (14) and enclosed by the drive module (2). Furthermore, the invention relates to a needle module as well as a method for assembling the hand-held device.

Abstract: The invention relates to a handheld device for the repetitive local puncturing of a skin for an input of a liquid active substance, particularly a permanent make-up and tattoo handheld device, with: a piercing device formed in a needle module with repetitive movement forwards and backwards, which piercing device is driven with the help of a drive unit formed in a drive module, a reservoir for the liquid active substance, a pump system coupled to the reservoir where the said pump system is configured in order to discharge the liquid active substance held in a cavity of the reservoir by means of pressure application, and a fluid connection running at least partially in a needle module casing where said fluid connection is configured in order to supply the liquid active substance from the reservoir to the piercing device.
