    Abstract: The present invention relates to a subscription-based measurement concept where the detailed parameters for a certain measurement report are set by a measurement provider, i.e. a radio base station, instead of the measurement requester. For this purpose the measurement provider “publishes” a certain set of measurements that controller units for radio resource management (RRM) can subscribe to. According to the present invention parameters of measurements are defined in detail in the measuring entity, i.e. the target radio base station, as opposed to being defined by the requesting entity, i. e. the RRM controller.

    Abstract: During a data-access technique, a query that is associated with an organizational accounting code is used to generate a set of queries for business databases. In particular, when generating the set of queries, the organizational accounting code is mapped to a set of database-specific accounting codes using a reclassification list. After receiving answers to the set of queries (which are associated with the set of database-specific accounting codes) from the business databases, the answers are presented to the user. In this way, the user can access the business databases, which may have incompatible database-specific accounting codes, from a single environment with little or no additional effort or expense.

    Abstract: The method and arrangement according to the present invention relates to of scheduling and coding in communication systems utilizing automatic repeat request (ARQ) and/or multihop scheduling and forwarding. According to the inventive method the receiving nodes selectively stores received information, also overheard information, as a priori information and feed back information about their respective stored a priori information to a sending node. The sending node forms composite data packets by jointly encoding and scheduling multiple data packets, which composite data packets are transmitted to receiving nodes. Upon receiving a composite data packet the receiving nodes uses their stored a priori information in the process of extracting data for themselves from the composite data packets.

    Abstract: A method, terminal, and system for cell reselection are disclosed. The method includes: a terminal obtains a dedicated priority list from a first system; and performs cell reselection according to the dedicated priority list when the terminal camps on a cell of a second system. The corresponding terminal and system are also provided in other embodiments of the invention. According to an embodiment of the invention, the terminal performs cell reselection by using the dedicated priority list obtained from the first system so as to free the second system from establishing the dedicated priority list. Problems in the prior arts that establishment of the dedicated priority list causes too much increased signaling and too high costs for network upgrade are solved.

The feedback of these responses uses a different communication means, separate from said wireless network. This different communication means has limited communication resources. A transmission load caused in said different communication means by said feedback of said responses is according to the invention controlled by the different communication means itself.
