  • Publication number: 20170216941
Abstract: An electric power saw/cutter includes a rotatable saw structure, a rear handle with a switch/speed control, a front handle, and a drive unit for rotating the saw structure. The drive unit includes a saw structure drive arrangement to which the saw structure is attachable, a transmission for driving the saw drive arrangement, an electric motor for driving an input shaft of the transmission, and a support structure for holding/carrying the saw structure drive arrangement. The transmission and the electric motor may be characterized in that the front handle and the rear handle are directly connected to each other to form a handle unit, which unit is resiliently connected to the drive unit, so that vibrations from the saw blade and drive unit will be reduced in the handle unit.

  • Patent number: 8215535
Abstract: A method and a system for jetting droplets of viscous medium, such as solder paste, onto a substrate, such as an electronic circuit board. The volume of the droplets are adjusted by regulating the amount of viscous medium that is fed into a jetting nozzle for subsequent jetting of the viscous medium droplets therefrom. The exit velocity of the jetted droplets is adjusted or maintained substantially constant by regulating the velocity with which the viscous medium is impacted. Furthermore, the rate at which viscous medium is fed, for instance by a feed screw, into the nozzle is adjusted in order to regulate the feeding time required for feeding the viscous medium into the jetting nozzle, for instance in order to maintain a constant feeding time.

  • Patent number: 8135648
Abstract: Credit vouchers from a wagering game machine can be authenticated. This may be accomplished by receiving credit information at a server, the credit information including information indicating a player's balance at the wagering game machine. A security key may be created for the credit voucher. A secured document token may be created by encrypting a document token including the credit information with the security key. This document token may sent to a server which supplies a credit response. A modified security key may be created by combining the credit response with the security key. The credit voucher may be provided, the credit vouchers including the credit information, the credit response and the modified security key.

  • Patent number: 7401744
Abstract: A jetting device and a method of jetting droplets of viscous medium onto a substrate. The jetting device includes a jetting outlet through which the droplets are jetted. The jetting device further includes a wall located at the jetting outlet, downstream of the jetting outlet seen in the jetting direction. The wall is provided with an orifice through which jetted droplets are permitted to pass through. A gaseous flow is provided within the space past the jetting outlet such that an adverse effect on the performance of the jetting device is prevented, the adverse effect resulting from the accumulation of viscous medium residue at the jetting outlet.

  • Patent number: 6450416
Abstract: The present invention refers to a method and a device for jetting droplets of a viscous medium onto an electronic circuit board. According to the invention, the viscous medium is applied from a viscous medium supply container to an eject chamber through a tubular passage using a rotatable feed screw arranged within the tubular passage. The viscous medium is then jetted from the eject chamber through an eject nozzle by the rapid decreasing of the volume of the chamber.

  • Patent number: 4887309
Abstract: The present invention relates to optical repeaters in a two-way optical line link, e.g. one included in a teletransmission system. The optical repeaters are implemented such as to provide a system which, inter alia in fault localizing, utilizes the line link transmission capacity optimally by completely optical through-connection of signals on the optical fibre cables. In fault localizing, one repeater at a time is checked, by an end terminal in the link transmitting a test signal including an address for selecting a repeater for testing and a test pattern. An optical amplifier amplifies the test signal in every repeater through which the signal passes, and when it reaches the repeater indicated by the address, a control circuit controls an optical switch such that the test signal is switched (loop connected) and is returned to the transmitting terminal where fault analysis takes place.
