Abstract: The present invention relates to a handle arrangement (1) comprising a locking mechanism (10), a blocking mechanism (20), a handle (30), a display unit (50), and a control unit (40) communicatively connected to a remote server (80) and configured to display a QR code on the display unit for a user to read, wherein the QR code is unique for the handle arrangement and the time period during which the QR code is displayed, receive, from a remote server, information that the user has communicated, to the remote server, a reading of the displayed QR code together with an identification of the user, and that the identified user is authorized to open the door, and either operate the blocking mechanism enabling opening of the door by means of the handle, or enabling a second level authorization function for the user to verify its authorization, and if access is granted, operating the blocking mechanism enabling opening of the door by means of the handle.

Abstract: A blocking mechanism for a handle arrangement comprising, at least one catch member arranged on a first shaft extending along a first axis, a blocking member arranged on a second shaft extending along a second axis, wherein the first axis and the second axis are substantially perpendicular to each other, wherein the blocking member is rotatable around the second axis between a blocking position, in which it is engageable with the catch member to prevent the catch member from rotation around the first axis, and an unblocked position in which rotation of the catch member is enabled.

In release position, the first and second (1, 3) elements are mutually rotatable. In engagement position, rotation is prevented. An electric motor (21) moves the activating member (30). It has an output shaft (22) rotatable in two opposite directions and a threaded shaft portion (25) with a first thread. The activating member (30) has a thread engagement portion (34) having a second thread corresponding to the first thread of the shaft (22).
