    Abstract: An air vent device for a ventilation system of a vehicle. The device has a pipe forming an air channel for providing air to a compartment of the vehicle and a diffuser for disturbing the airflow provided to the vehicle compartment. The diffuser has a portion made of a flexible material which diffuser portion is arranged to cover a part of a cross-section area of the air channel and the diffuser portion is expandable for varying the size of the covered part of the air channel cross section area.

    Abstract: A method for controlling a time for passage of a group of vehicles. The method includes sending, by a first vehicle, an identifying signal to at least a second vehicle in the group of vehicles and receiving, by the first vehicle, a response signal from the at least second vehicle in the group of vehicles. The method further includes determining a time for passaging a certain point along a road for the group of vehicles based on the response signal, and communicating the determined time to a roadside unit.

    Abstract: A method for activating a climate system of a vehicle includes monitoring an operational state of the vehicle. Said monitoring is performed by a system controller incorporated into the vehicle, wherein the vehicle is on when said operational state corresponds to a first state, wherein the vehicle is off when said operational state corresponds to a second state. When said operational state corresponds to said second state, the method further includes asking the driver via an output interface if extended drive of climate system is desired, monitoring reply from driver on an input interface, if confirmation of extended drive of climate system is registered on the input interface, setting a timer for extended drive of the climate system, activating climate system for the vehicle, and deactivating the climate system at the time specified by the timer.

    Abstract: A method for activating a pre acclimatization system of the passenger compartment of a vehicle includes monitoring an operational state of the vehicle, including a first state in which the vehicle is on and a second state in which the vehicle is off. In the second state, the method includes monitoring a plurality of conditions, the conditions selected from a group including current time and date, a driver appointment schedule, a historical database, wherein said monitoring step is performed by a system controller incorporated into the vehicle. The method further includes determining the most probable time of departure of the vehicle from a present location based on said plurality of conditions monitored by said system controller, suggesting time of departure to driver, monitoring reply from driver, setting timer for activating said pre acclimatization according to reply from driver, and activating sleep mode for the vehicle systems.

Pairs of the electrical connection pads are adapted to coincide and make contact with a respective one of the electrical circuit closing members to close an electric circuit portion in the switch cap such that an external electrical circuitry operates the function.
