  • Patent number: 9373945
Abstract: An electrical penetration arrangement through the wall of a containment structure, comprising a pipe penetration having a pipe which is disposed in the wall of a containment structure, penetrating the wall, so that a first opening of the pipe is disposed outside of the containment structure, and a second opening is disposed inside the structure. Power feedthroughs are disposed in the pipe penetration having conductors sealed along their axial direction by a hermetically sealing, electrically insulating material, in which cables coming from outside can be connected to first conductor ends, and cables coming from inside the containment structure can be connected to second conductor ends. Power feedthroughs are fastened in the pipe of the pipe penetration and sealed by hermetically sealing material, so that the power feedthroughs form a hermetically sealing barrier, and the first conductor ends are disposed in the interior of the pipe.

    Inventor: Johann Bernauer
  • Patent number: 8378221
Abstract: The underlying purpose of the invention is to manufacture electrical leadthroughs, which are improved with regard to the temperature resistance thereof. Proposed for this purpose is a method for manufacturing an electrical leadthrough, for which at least one metal tube is fused in a glass insulator, whereby a metal rod is mounted in the metal tube by means of soldering-in, prior to or during the sealing of the tube in the glass insulator.

  • Patent number: 8367935
Abstract: A power connection device, in particular for power connections of safety containers, is provided. To improve the operational safety, the power connection device includes two cascaded current feedthroughs, whereby the electrical connections between the conductors of the feedthrough are arranged in conduits of reduced volume so that the interstices between the conductors are at least partially filled.

  • Patent number: 8133068
Abstract: A current connection apparatus for a pressure tank is provided. The current connection apparatus includes a tank flange mounted on a tank and an opening that leads into the tank. Electrical connection cables are installed in this opening for connecting with an external electrical apparatus. An electrical lead having one or more conductors, which are electrically insulated relative to a metal flange, and a protective casing. The electrical lead is disposed between the tank flange and the protective casing and is tightly fastened to the tank flange. A plug body, which has plug elements corresponding to conductors of electrical lead, is inserted into the tank opening in the tank flange. The protective casing also has a plug body inserted therein, where the plug body has plug elements.
