Publication number: 20110062610Abstract: An extrusion blow-molding method for plastic containers, for example, plastic bottles, is disclosed, wherein a one- or multi-layer plastic tube is extruded with a predetermined extrusion pressure through an annular gap, which is delimited by an extrusion die provided on an extrusion head and a axially adjustable mandrel and which can be adjusted with regard to the width thereof. The extruded plastic tube is introduced into a mold cavity of a blow-molding tool arrangement, blow-molded into a plastic container in accordance with the mold cavity by overpressure and then demolded. Additional plastic material is added in metered quantity to the extruded plastic tube at least in some regions in the direct vicinity of the mouth of the extrusion die.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 18, 2010Publication date: March 17, 2011Applicant: ALPLA WERKE ALWIN LEHNER GMBH & CO. Patent number: 7758801Abstract: Process for producing plastic containers, including an extrusion blow molding machine, is disclosed. For example, in an extrusion blow molding process for plastic bottles, in which plastic tubing (T) which has been extruded from an extruder head in a definable cycle is placed in the mold cavity of a blow molding tool arrangement, the inserted plastic tubing is inflated via an infeed blow mandrel by overpressure according to the mold cavity and is then removed from the mold. The extruded plastic tubing (T) is inserted into a mold cavity which is composed of several blow mold cavities which are located axially under one another, two of the blow mold cavities at a time being arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another and connected on their mouth regions and an individual blow mold cavity being separated from the bottom section of the adjacent blow mold cavity by a land region and having a mouth on the outer surface of the blow molding tool arrangement.Type: GrantFiled: June 15, 2005Date of Patent: July 20, 2010Assignee: Alpla Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co. Publication number: 20090101672Abstract: A description is given of a semifinished product (20) for producing plastic tubes comprising a substantially cylindrical body (1), the one longitudinal end of which goes over into a head part (2) with a closable squeezing-out opening and the other longitudinal end (5) of which is formed in an open manner. The semifinished product (20) is produced in an extrusion blow-moulding process, in which an extruded parison of plastic comprising one or more layers is inflated in a blow mould in conformity with the cavity of the blow mould. The squeezing-out opening provided in the head part (2) is provided with a one-way closure (27), which has been created during the inflation process within the blow mould. A plastic tube comprising an elongated body (1) which is sealed by a pinch/weld portion (6) is also disclosed.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 23, 2006Publication date: April 23, 2009Applicant: Alpla-Werke Alwin Lehner Gmbh & Co. Publication number: 20070278174Abstract: Safety rotating closure is disclosed for a multi-compartment bottle. For example, a two-chamber bottle has a separate pour neck (7, 8) with a pour opening (9, 10) for each chamber (3, 4) and a rotating closure (1; 100) which can be screwed onto a common neck part (5) of the multi-compartment bottle (2) and is provided with a mechanically acting child safety means against unauthorized loosening of the rotating closure (1). The rotating safety closure (1; 100) has essentially conical seal parts (20; 120) which in the screwed-on state engage the pour openings (9, 10) of the pour necks (7, 8) and interact with the inside walls to form a seal. The interlocking elements of the child safety means are located on the rotating safety closure (1; 100).Type: ApplicationFiled: February 18, 2005Publication date: December 6, 2007Applicant: ALPLA-Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & CO. Patent number: 4288711Abstract: To form a compact combination structure which provides efficient cooling and ease of assembly, maintenance and repair, while reducing the number of elements necessary to be stocked for maintenance or repair purposes, the rectifier portion of the alternator-rectifier combination comprises two groups of rectifiers which are, respectively, set in openings of two disk-shaped support plates 15, 35, which have, each, ring-shaped portions 38 surrounding the shaft and radially projecting fins 39, 39'. One of the plates is formed with a hub to retain one of the bearings, the outer portion of the fins is apertured for attachment to the shell of the alternator, and additionally deformed to provide seating surfaces for accurate positioning, for example by externally applied punch marks, of the plate. An insulating spacer 43, 43' separates the two plates which are so positioned that the fins of one plate are opposite the gap between fins of the other, so that air drawn axially by a ventilating fan will cool both plates.Type: GrantFiled: October 15, 1979Date of Patent: September 8, 1981Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Walter Hagenlocher, Heinz Hesse, Karl Kleebaur, Christoph Kugel, Johann Kunz, Werner Lemke, Rudiger Sohnle

Patent number: 4284914Abstract: To direct cooling air to components which, in operation, require different amounts of cooling due to different heat dissipation, a cover cap is provided which prevents accidental contact with current-carrying elements and which is formed with slits or openings therein located with respect to the components requiring cooling to direct cooling air, upon induced axial airflow, to the respective components in relationship to their cooling requirements. Some of these openings may be formed with in-turned collars surrounding, for example, diode rectifiers, to direct air on and around the diode rectifiers, while preventing contact with their terminals.Type: GrantFiled: October 15, 1979Date of Patent: August 18, 1981Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Walter Hagenlocher, Heinz Hesse, Karl Kleebaur, Christoph Kugel, Johann Kunz, Werner Lemke, Rudiger Sohnle
