Abstract: An electronic vehicle is disclosed with a vehicle body having a cab portion and a rear cargo portion. The rear cargo portion includes a floor comprising a plurality of floor planks. The vehicle includes a chassis with a first rail and a second rail extend along a longitudinal axis of the vehicle body. There are one or more connection points between the first rail, second rail, and the floor such that at least a portion of the first and second rail are adjacent the floor without any interposed structure therebetween.

Abstract: A modular service body for a vehicle includes a first side pack and a second side pack each including a plurality of storage compartments. The service body has a floor assembly between the first side pack and the second side pack. The first side pack and the second side pack are connected with the floor assembly in a weld-free manner such that there are a plurality of hidden connection points below a top surface of the floor assembly.

Abstract: A component mount and chassis incorporating same are provided. The component mount includes a frame rail side portion having a first surface and a component side portion having a second surface facing the first surface. The first and second surfaces bound an interior space of the component mount. One or more damping elements are situated within the interior space. A chassis incorporating the aforementioned mount includes a frame rail which includes a cut out that has been formed prior to bending the frame rail into its final shape. The component mount is mounted to the frame rail and accessible through the cut out.
