  • Patent number: 10249405
Abstract: Disclosed is an enameled wire comprising a metal wire, in particular a copper wire, which is coated with an electrically insulating varnish containing at least one varnish polymer. Fluorine atoms are bonded to the outer surface of the varnish by substitution or radical substitution as a result of a treatment of the outer surface with fluorine or fluorine gas.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 31, 2014
Date of Patent: April 2, 2019
Assignee: SCHWERING & HESSE ELEKTRODRAHT GMBH
    Inventors: Roxana Haase, Johann Reicher
  • Patent number: 9944823
Abstract: The present invention relates to electrical insulation enamels which contain a polymer comprising a base polymer and modifying units which are incompatible with the base polymer after the polymer has cured and lead to the formation of separate phases at the surface, and to processes for the production thereof. The electrical insulation enamels have a low coefficient of friction and frictional resistance and are preferably suitable for the coating of wires.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 10, 2011
Date of Patent: April 17, 2018
Assignee: SCHWERING & HASSE ELEKTRODRAHT GMBH

  • Publication number: 20170137668
Abstract: An electrically insulating enamel for coating wires has a base polymer of polyamide-imide, polyester-imide, polyester, polyamide, polyurethane, polyimide, polyester-amide imide, or polyepoxide modified with a long-chain polysiloxane and a short-chain polysiloxane. The long-chain polysiloxane has a number of Si units equal to 1.5 times to 2.5 times, preferably 1.7 times to 2.3 times, a number of Si units in the short-chain polysiloxane. The long-chain polysiloxane has 120 to 300 Si units, preferably 125 to 200 Si units, and particularly preferably 140 to 170 Si units. The viscosity of the enamel capable of application is 650 to 1500 mPa s.

  • Publication number: 20150279507
Abstract: Enamelled wire, particularly enamelled copper wire or enamelled aluminium wire, wherein one surface of a winding wire forming a core of the enamelled wire is completely or substantially completely coated with an electrically insulating varnish consisting of at least one varnish resin. The electrically insulating varnish contains at least one nano filler, wherein the nano filler is formed of a plurality of platelets. A platelet jacket formed by the nano filler completely or substantially completely encloses the winding wire.
