    Abstract: The invention relates to an angle connector that is to be mounted on a unit housing and comprises a plug housing and a housing flange which partially extends over the plug housing and can be fastened in a rotationally fixed manner to the unit housing. The plug housing is rotatably fastened to the housing flange and can be twisted, using rotational resistance, relative to the housing flange in order to define the direction of extension.     Abstract: An electrical plug connector comprises a simple and inexpensive rotation-securing element for the union nut of a water-tight plug connection which ensures reliable connection in the event of shocks and vibration, and in the process produces different values for the tightening torque and loosening torque of the screwed connection. The plug connector has a threaded union nut which is screwed to its plug housing and is secured against unintentional rotation with respect to the housing by two mutually engaging locking toothed rings having an asymmetric, sinusoidal toothed profile. The locking toothed ring which is attached to a fixing ring for the union nut is segmented, is elastically sprung and contains additional latching elements for preferred positions of the union nut.

Between the second flange and the outside of the shorter outer quartz tube, a seal is disposed.

    Abstract: In a dust precipitation device for filtration of dust created during crystal growth from a melt, cold surfaces are provided as contact surfaces as a part of the gas control geometry, to which the dust can adhere and thus become separated from the transport gas pumped from the processing chamber. Due to cooling of the flow contact surfaces, for example, by a coolant that is supplied via coolant lines blockable by valves, the dust is filtered very effectively from the transport gas. The extraction device has several precipitation chambers located one behind the other for the passage and filtering of the dust from the transport gas. The individual precipitation chambers are connected to each other so that they can be individually removed from or inserted into the precipitation device, for example, manually.
