  • Patent number: 11945159
Abstract: A method of additively manufacturing a three-dimensional object may include allocating irradiation of respective ones of a plurality of sequential layers of construction material between a first region and a second region based at least in part on a first irradiation time and/or a second irradiation time. Irradiation of the first region is allocated to a first scanner and the first irradiation time is indicative of a time required for the first scanner to irradiate the first region with respect to at least one of the plurality of sequential layers of construction material. Irradiation of the second region is allocated to a second scanner and the second irradiation time is indicative of a time required for the second scanner to irradiate the second region with respect to at least one of the plurality of sequential layers of construction material. The first irradiation time and the second irradiation time may be at least approximately the same.

  • Patent number: 10760958
Abstract: Apparatus (1) for additively producing three-dimensional objects (2) by successive layer-by-layer selective exposure and, accompanying this, successive layer-by-layer selective solidification of construction material layers made of a construction material (3) that can be solidified by means of an energy beam (4), including an exposure device (6) which is configured to produce an energy beam (4) for successive layer-by-layer selective exposure and, accompanying this, successive layer-by-layer selective solidification of construction material layers made of a construction material (3) that can be solidified by means of the energy beam (4), a measuring device (13) that is assignable or assigned to the exposure device (6) and configured to measure the power of the energy beam (4) that is produced by the exposure device (6), wherein the measuring device (13) comprises a measuring element (15) that comprises an energy beam input face (16), and at least an energy beam widening device (17).

  • Publication number: 20130323460
Abstract: An interior trim panel (1) for a motor vehicle includes a carrier layer (2), a film (3) arranged on the carrier layer (2), and a metal layer (4) arranged on the film (3) and forming the outer side of the interior trim panel (1). The metal layer (4) has at least one opening (5). Part of the film (3) is located within the at least one opening (5) and forms the outer surface of the interior trim panel (1) in the area of the at least one opening (5).
