  • Publication number: 20180017049
Abstract: A housing of an air-conditioning compressor comprising at least two housing components is proposed, wherein the at least two housing components are sealed with respect to each other and are connected to each other by means of screws, and the housing components comprise aluminum or an aluminum alloy and the screws are ultra-high-strength screws. UHS screws are means for further ensuring an excess pressure safety function.

  • Patent number: 7735348
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a bending press for bending the boundary edge of a planar sheet for shaping into an open seam tube, with an upper tool shaped to correspond to the bend radius to be achieved and an opposed lower tool which may be displaced vertically, between which the boundary edges of the sheet which is clamped in place in the press frame may be bent into the desired boundary contour. The lower tool is provided with a straight working surface and mounted to pivot about a rotational axis whereby the pivot range is at least so large that a permanent planar contact between the working surface of the lower tool and the bottom face of the boundary edge is possible during the bending.

  • Patent number: 6427513
Abstract: The invention related to a process for producing pipes, especially large pipes, as per the UOE process, wherein the pipes, after internal and external seam welding, are incrementally calibrated by cold expansion up to half the pipe length. The cold expansion is also used for straightening. For this purpose, the pipe is clamped at the shortest possible distance in front of the expander head, the free pipe end is flexibley deformed, and the pipe is then cold expanded in a known manner. The prestress force thereby decreases and then, after the release of the clamping and the remaining prestress, the pipe moves incrementally by the amount of the expander step width, up to half the pipe length. The process is then repeated for the second pipe half.

  • Patent number: 6253596
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for producing pipes, especially large pipes, according to the UOE process, wherein a pipe, after internal and external seam welding, is incrementally calibrated by cold expansion up to half the pipe length. The cold expansion is simultaneously used for straightening. For this purpose, the pipe is clamped at the shortest possible distance in front of an expander head, the free pipe end is flexibly deformed, and the pipe is then cold expanded in a known manner. The prestress force thereby decreases and then, after the release of the clamping and the remaining prestress, the pipe moves incrementally by the amount of and expander step width, up to one half of the pipe length. The process is then repeated for the second half of the pipe.
