  • Patent number: 10967564
Abstract: A method for the layered construction of a shaped body of highly viscous photopolymerizable material, includes forming layers of the shaped body one after the other and one on top of the other by each forming a material layer of predetermined thickness (a) of the highly viscous photopolymerizable material in a tank, lowering a construction platform, or the shaped body at least partially formed on the construction platform, into the material layer so as to cause a layer of the highly viscous photopolymerizable material to form between the construction platform or the shaped body and the tank bottom, curing such layer in a position-selective manner, in particular by irradiation through the tank bottom, to provide the desired shape of the shaped body layer, wherein the thickness (a) of the material layer is varied at least once during the layered construction of the shaped body.

  • Publication number: 20210031257
Abstract: A method for producing a casting mould for filling with melt and/or a core for producing a hollow space in a cast part, includes forming a wall made of a refractory and gas-permeable material. The wall is formed to include an inner wall and a support structure built up in successive layers against the inner wall. The inner wall is formed with an inner surface defining a roughness matching the surface roughness of the part that is to be cast in the mould. A generative manufacturing method generates the successive layers of the support structure, which includes open and/or closed hollow spaces and/or different thicknesses of the successive layers of the support structure that supports the casting mould independently against the casting pressure in a dimensionally stable manner and also isolates or dissipates thermal energy in the melt in a targeted manner.

  • Patent number: 9764513
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the construction of a shaped body from photopolymerizable material by using lithography-based generative production, in which a layer of liquid photopolymerizable material is defined on a production platform, and is polymerized in an exposure region having a predetermined contour, a further layer of photopolymerizable material is defined, the layer defined last is polymerized in an exposure region having a predetermined contour for the layer defined last, and the latter two steps are repeated until a shaped body having a predetermined shape has been formed by the sequence of cured layers with contours predetermined layer by layer, each exposure in an exposure region having a predetermined contour being carried out by controlled activation of individual exposure elements in a two-dimensional array of exposure elements, each exposure element being assigned an image element, wherein the exposure of the exposure region is carried out by a common light source and by a two-dime
