  • Patent number: 10947689
Abstract: A vibration-ram arrangement for introducing a material to be rammed into a ground may include a hydraulic apparatus for generating hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic apparatus may include an internal-combustion motor and a hydraulic pump that is drivable by the internal-combustion motor. The arrangement may further include an exciter arrangement, which is configured to be spatially separate from the hydraulic apparatus and which by way of a hydraulic line is connected to the hydraulic apparatus. The exciter arrangement may have a hydraulic motor and a rotatably mounted unbalanced mass. For driving the unbalanced mass, hydraulic liquid may be guided in a circuit comprising the hydraulic apparatus, the hydraulic line, and the hydraulic motor. The unbalanced mass is drivable by the hydraulic motor to generate vibration movements of the exciter arrangement. The arrangement may also include a support device on which the hydraulic apparatus and the exciter arrangement are disposed.

  • Publication number: 20170138129
Abstract: Methods for constructing a borehole, in some examples, in the Earth's crust, may involve holding a drill head in the borehole by a linkage. The drill head may include a thermal device that causes material on a base of the borehole to be released from the solid phase via phase change. The released material may be removed in a direction of the Earth's surface. Further, the thermal device may be operated so that it generates a thermal output power high enough to predominantly sublimate material when transitioning out of the solid phase.

  • Patent number: 9062433
Abstract: A method for gradually introducing thin-walled pipes into the ground includes inserting a pipe clamp, which has been arranged horizontally on a mast, into a horizontal pipe, bracing the pipe clamp (pipe gripping jaw) with the rear part of the pipe, moving the pipe clamp back with the pipe braced thereon, erecting the mast, with the tools, the pipe clamp and the pipe, into a vertical position, introducing the pipe to the desired depth with the tools, unclamping the pipe clamp and pulling it out of the pipe, and repositioning the mast back into a horizontal position. A device has a carrier unit, a mast, which can be pivoted between vertical and horizontal, tools with a pipe clamp, arranged on the mast, and a magazine a pipe arranged substantially horizontally. The pipe clamp is inserted into the pipe coaxially in relation to the pipe and substantially horizontally.

  • Patent number: 8226329
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for producing vibrations, particularly for fastening to ramming bodies, which are rammed into or pulled out of a burrow by said vibrations, comprising at least two balancing weights (15, 16) rotating in opposite directions in a synchronized manner and rolling on a track and driven by separate shafts. According to the invention, the track is a bearing ring (32) that is fitted into the housing, wherein said bearing ring is made of rolling bearing steel that has a hardness of HRC?50.

  • Publication number: 20120073107
Abstract: The invention relates to a clamping device on a vibrator, by means of which a pipe (11,12) is rammed into the ground. According to the invention, the clamping device is designed as a pipe collet chuck having at least two partial areas radially outwardly displaceable by means of one or more expanding elements (14, 15), wherein the length of the pipe collet chuck corresponds sub-stantially to the length of the pipe or pipe part to be rammed. The invention further relates to a me-thod for clamping the pipe using the clamping device indicated, which is inserted into the pipe along the entire length of the pipe, before the expanding elements of the pipe collet chuck are actuated for radially expanding for frictionally or positively contacting the internal wall of the pipe to be clamped.
