    Abstract: A headrest guide assembly is provided for use with a headrest having a headrest rod. The headrest guide assembly includes a guide sleeve body for receiving the headrest rod and a lock assembly for selectively locking the headrest rod in the guide sleeve body. The lock assembly may include an engagement member that is engageable with the headrest rod, and a first biasing member that is configured to bias the engagement member in a first direction for engagement with the headrest rod. The lock assembly may further comprise a button that is engageable with the engagement member for moving the engagement member in a second direction opposite the first direction, and a second biasing member that is configured to bias the button away from the engagement member.
