  • Patent number: 9151213
Abstract: To create an internal combustion engine including a crankcase and a cylinder, wherein a piston is guided in the cylinder to perform a stroke movement and movably defines a combustion chamber, and wherein at least one transfer channel, through which ignition mixture is guided from the crankcase into the combustion chamber, is arranged in the cylinder, which leads to a further improvement of the exhaust gas quality and/or of the fuel consumption, in particular for creating an improved metering of ignition mixture into the fuel chamber, it is proposed for the piston to encompass a lower piston edge, which interacts with at least one counter body such that an inlet cross section of the transfer channel for the inflow of the ignition mixture from the crankcase into the transfer channel can be controlled by the stroke movement of the piston by the lower piston edge.

  • Patent number: 7497197
Abstract: A chainsaw includes an internal combustion engine with a fuel-air mixture inlet and a carburettor with a fuel-air mixture outlet disposed in the direction of flow of a fuel-air mixture in front of the fuel-air mixture inlet. A fuel-air mixture channel is provided between the fuel-air mixture outlet and the fuel-air mixture inlet. A lubricant guide is provided along components to be lubricated, such that the lubricant circuit is connected particularly effectively to the fuel supply of the internal combustion engine. A removal device for fuel with a recess which receives fuel and supplies the lubricant guide is provided between the fuel-air mixture outlet and the fuel-air mixture inlet.

  • Patent number: 7033149
Abstract: A medium pump for a motor includes a pump case with a pump cylinder and a pump piston positioned displacaebly in the pump cylinder in the direction of a pump axle. The pump piston rotates about the pump axle by running off an oblique control surface and realizes axial pump movements against the pressure of a first spring. A pump lift adjusting device is removably positioned in a guide placed transversely to the pump axle and fixedly connected with the pump case.

  • Patent number: 6493948
Abstract: In order to design a motor chain saw with a chain brake device releasable as a back kick brake and as a coasting brake comprising a tension lever (2), movable with respect to the housing of the motor chain saw, which can be moved between a brake position (B) and a ready position (b), a release lever (19) which can take up a coasting brake position (A) and a disengaging position (f), in combination with a supplementary brake device known as a coasting brake, it is proposed that the tension lever (2) is placed linearly slidingly movable with respect to the housing of the motor chain saw and that the release lever (1) is placed slidingly movable with respect to the tension lever (2), whereby both axles of the sliding movement are parallel to each other.
