  • Patent number: 9950581
Abstract: The invention relates to an anti-skid chain, in particular for forestry and agricultural vehicles. The anti-skid chain is to permit high traction, while it has a low weight and can be easily mounted. It should simultaneously be permitted for driving on roads. To enable this, an anti-skid chain to be attached to two wheels with tires disposed one behind the other at fixed distances, in particular for the two wheels of a tandem axle, is provided according to the invention. The anti-skid chain comprises two lateral, laterally stable guide chains which are located, in the mounted state, laterally of the tread of the tires. Between the two guide chains, a chain mesh with chain strands extends. Preferably, the chain mesh is subdivided into ladder sections which are only connected to each other via the guide chain. Joint points of the guide chains are located in a radial position between the radius of the tire shoulder and the tire center. The guide chains are in particular embodied as plate link chains.

  • Patent number: 9624861
Abstract: A mixture pilot control for operating an internal combustion engine, in particular a gasoline engine of a motor vehicle, is provided. The mixture pilot control determines at least one composition of an air-fuel mixture required for a predetermined target air-fuel mixture ratio. The internal combustion engine is also provided with a lambda control with at least one lambda probe arranged in the exhaust gas flow of the internal combustion engine for determining a deviation of the actual air-fuel ratio from the predetermined target air-fuel ratio. Operating-parameter-dependent correction factors for the composition of the air-fuel mixture by the mixture pilot control are determined in dependence on the lambda control deviation, at least one of the load and/or the rotational speed and/or the temperature of the internal combustion engine, and further operating parameters of the vehicle other than the load, rotation speed or temperature of the internal combustion engine.

  • Patent number: 7685977
Abstract: An internal combustion engine has at least one cylinder and at least one gas exchange valve (1; 1a, 1b) controlled by a first cam (14) on a first camshaft (16) and by a second cam (15) on a second camshaft (17), at least one camshaft (16, 17) having an adjustable phase position in order to modify the control times of the gas exchange valve (1; 1a, 1b). The first cam (14) acts upon actuating means (6, 10) and the second cam (15) upon actuating means (6, 10) which actuate the gas exchange valve (6, 10). The actuating means (6, 10) are designed in such a way that the gas exchange valve (1) opens only when both the first cam (14) and the second cam (15) are acting upon the actuating means (6, 10). A simple structure with very high degrees of freedom for the control is achieved in that the actuating means (6, 10) comprise a lever which actuates the gas exchange valve (1; 1a, 1b) and is actuated by both cams (14, 15).

  • Patent number: 7531439
Abstract: Methods for forming an integrated semiconductor circuit arrangement are disclosed. In one embodiment, a semiconductor circuit with a first semiconductor circuit region and with a second semiconductor circuit region is formed in each case in a semiconductor material region. • Patent number: 6094398
Abstract: A DRAM with an address space divided into blocks, in which storage cells of individual blocks can be activated by a row address signal (RAS) furnished by a controller. Each individual block can then be activated by an independent activation signal derived from the row address signal. The activation signals for different blocks are supplied to the different blocks in succession with a partial time overlap, so that the obtained data rate is increased relative to activation of only one block, owing to partial time activation of at least two different blocks.

  • Patent number: 5783962
Abstract: A bootstrap circuit includes a transfer transistor and a driver transistor of the same channel type each having two channel terminals and a gate. A first signal terminal receives a first signal and a second signal terminal receives a second signal. One of the channel terminals of the transfer transistor is connected to the gate of the driver transistor. The other of the channel terminals of the transfer transistor is connected to the first signal terminal. One of the channel terminals of the driver transistor is connected to the second signal terminal. The other of the channel terminals of the driver transistor forms an output of the bootstrap circuit. A configuration generates a third signal and has an output connected to the gate of the transfer transistor. The second signal has an edge extending from a first level to a second level and beginning at a bootstrap time.
