    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wearable device worn on the forearm of a user, whereby the device provides an ergonomically correct positioning of the forearm and hand for increasing the performance and avoid injuries of a user working with a computer mouse or the like. In particular, the disclosure provides a device for increasing performance, comfort and/or preventing injury of a user of a computer mouse or the like. The device comprises a wrist support (20), having an upper side (21) adapted for receiving the user's wrist and/or lower forearm and an underside (22) adapted to bear against a planar surface, such as a table, wherein the underside (22) presents a bearing arrangement (121a, 121b, 121c, 121d, 121e) for reducing friction against the planar surface, and a hand support (20), adapted for receiving a part of the user's hand. The hand support (20) is horizontally +/?40 degrees, preferably +/?20 degrees or +/?10 degrees, movable relative to the wrist support (10).
