  • Publication number: 20230400672
Abstract: An optical arrangement is provided. The optical arrangement has a center axis, an object side, an image side, and a catadioptric arrangement. The optical arrangement has an installation space of no more than 25 millimeters from the object side to the image side along the center axis, and a linear obscuration of no more than 60 percent.

  • Publication number: 20230367134
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for focusing a photon beam into a material. The device comprises: means for splitting the photon beam into a plurality of component beams; means for focusing the component beams at a predetermined focal depth within the material; and means for adapting the wavefronts of the component beams based at least in part on the focal depth.

  • Publication number: 20230057966
Abstract: Each scissor frame of the patient positioning table has a first and a second scissor arm connected in an X-shaped arrangement to pivot about a common pivot axis via a lifting facility for vertically moving the positioning table. The lifting facility includes a roller arrangement configured to be moved by a traction device. The roller arrangement is arranged between, and guides, arm segments of the scissor frames. The arm segments open in a V-shape, wherein the traction device is fixed in position by at least one end and is led via a roller unit having deflecting rollers, one located upstream of the roller arrangement and one located downstream of the roller arrangement. The position of the roller arrangement between the arm segments is variable with the aid of a drive facility, which interacts with the traction device.

  • Patent number: 10082220
Abstract: The pole geometry of an electromagnetic switch valve includes a cylindrical well on the pole member, which is penetrated by a cylindrical pin on the magnetic armature. This obtains a magnetic force-stroke curve that first extends proportionally starting out from the initial position of the magnetic armature and then rises progressively until the magnetic armature reaches the end position. Continuously increasing the energizing of the magnetic drive upon shifting of the magnetic armature from its initial position into its end position enables the noise formation upon the closing process of the valve to be reduced. Accordingly, the noise formation upon the opening process of the valve can be reduced when the energizing of the magnetic coil is reduced not abruptly but continuously.
