    Abstract: Description of a method for printing non-porous surfaces of a substrate with a solvent-containing inkjet ink. Said method is characterized in that a non-porous, varnish-coated surface is printed with an inkjet ink containing a varnish-etching component. High resolution and excellent smudge and scratch resistance can hereby be attained. Beneficial three-color print is possible.
