  • Patent number: 11574555
Abstract: An assistance device (10) for assisting in the adjustment of a damping choke (1) of a fluidic actuator (30), wherein the assistance device (10) includes a display arrangement (3) and is adapted to determine an adjustment recommendation for the adjustment of the damping choke (1) on the basis of a detected movement of an actuator member (4) of the fluidic actuator (30) and to display the adjustment recommendation via the display arrangement (3), and the assistance device (10) is further adapted to determine, based on the movement of the actuator member (4), operational safety information based on kinetic energy related to the movement of the actuator member (4), and to display the operational safety information via the display arrangement (3).

  • Patent number: 5697726
Abstract: A coupling device for linear drives for linking a drive part performing a linear movement in an axial direction with a guide part guided for longitudinal movement on a longitudinal guide parallel to the direction of movement. A force input part connected with the drive part and a force output put part connected with the guide part are provided, the force input part and the force output part being coupled together kinetically by means of an intermediately placed link member. As a link member and a elongated or longitudinal spring member is provided which is able to be bent in at least one transverse direction in a resiliently elastic manner and is non-yielding in its longitudinal direction, said spring member being aligned at least substantially in the axial direction. It is secured at a first connection point to the force input part and at a second connection point spaced from the first connection is connected with the force output part, in each case non-movably in the axial direction.

  • Patent number: 5568760
Abstract: A fluid power cylinder whose piston rod has on its outer periphery at least one axially extending surface section having the form of a flat. Such surface section has a longitudinal groove, which contains a magnetic strip able to be scanned by a sensor device on the housing. The magnetic strip has alternatingly arranged poles areas in succession, which can be scanned without contact by the sensor device. The magnetic strip is covered by a cover band fixed on the piston rod and consisting of a material allowing the passage of a magnetic field, whose external surface facing away from the magnetic strip constitutes at least a part of the piston rod's surface section having the form of a flat.

  • Patent number: 5514961
Abstract: An ultrasonic position detecting device on a linear drive. The drive element of the linear drive bears a magnet arrangement cooperating with an adjacently placed sensor device which comprises an acoustic wave guide of magnetostrictive material. The magnet arrangement possesses an axially magnetized, annular or disk-like magnet part and, adjacent to the same, a pole part. By selection of the design of the pole part it is possible to affect the course of the magnetic field of the magnet part in order to achieve an optimum state for the sensor device.
