Abstract: A system including a communication bus for data transmission includes: a first interface unit configured to receive a first event message from a first entity coupled to the first interface unit; a second interface unit for coupling a second entity; a backlog storage unit configured to store the first event message and to determine whether the second entity is a subscriber of the first event message; and a first bridge unit configured to translate, if the second entity is a subscriber of the first event message, the first event message by using a first semantic translation into a translated first event message, wherein the second interface unit is configured to receive the translated first event message and to transmit the translated first event message to the second entity.

Abstract: To transfer data source data of a data source being destined for a data sink, from the data source to the data sink spaced from each other within a business premises it is proposed to download the data source data from of the data source, configure the data source data by packing the data source data with data source-related meta-information, encrypting the packed data source data and storing the configured data source data as transfer data for the transfer, onload the stored transfer data onto a transfer-data-carrier transferring the transfer data for an offload operation, offload the transfer data from the transfer-data-carrier, process offloaded transfer data by decrypting and unpacking the configured data source data and transforming the decrypted and unpacked data source data with the meta-information into data sink data to execute a data source data-related transaction in the data sink, and upload the data sink data.

Abstract: A method for checking a vehicle includes receiving measured data by an electronic computing device which is external to the vehicle and which is different from the vehicle. The measured data are received from a measurement device which is different from the vehicle and different from the electronic computing device and the measured data characterize an acceleration of the vehicle recorded by the measurement device and/or a noise of the vehicle recorded by the measurement device and/or an image of a subregion of the vehicle recorded by the measurement device. The received measured data are evaluated by the electronic computing device and the vehicle is checked for a malfunction based on the evaluating of the received measured data by the electronic computing device.

Abstract: A circuit carrier for establishing mechanical and electrical connection for at least one (power) electronics component, having a carrier plate which has at least one passage hole, and at least one electrically and thermally conductive insert element which is arranged in the passage hole and has a first contact surface for establishing electrical and thermal connections to the component and a second contact surface, which faces away from the first contact surface, for establishing thermal connections to a cooling body. Abstract: Method for integrated data handling for engineering and operation of a plant having a plurality of software applications with different functionalities, wherein the plurality of software applications are interconnected via a network, a common data model including data shared between at least two of the plurality of software applications is provided, the common data model is managed by a configuration data service, data specific to a single application is managed by an application specific configuration data service that is assigned to a number of applications such that flexible, consistent, performance-optimized and efficient management of the various heterogeneous systems in the plant is achieved.
