Abstract: The invention relates to a method for operating a connectivity orchestration entity configured to orchestrate a connectivity of a plurality of devices to a cellular network, wherein each of the plurality of devices is configured to exchange data with a corresponding application via the cellular network, the method comprising, for each of the plurality of devices: determining Quality of Service, QoS, requirements needed for the data exchange of the device with the corresponding application, determining a network address with which the devices will be addressed in the cellular network, transmitting a connectivity request to the cellular network to set up a data packet connection through the cellular network to the corresponding application.
