The method further comprises sensing the marker to indicate a location of the target. The method further comprises, based on the marker, determining a second trajectory along which a treatment instrument may be advanced toward the target to treat the target. The second trajectory is different than the trajectory.

    Abstract: A method comprises advancing a medical instrument and a catheter toward a target tissue within a patient anatomy. The instrument includes a distal sheath marker and is slidably received within the catheter. The distal sheath marker includes a channel and an identification feature. A portion of the instrument is slidably received within the channel. The method further comprises depositing the distal sheath marker at a location at or near the target. The distal sheath marker indicates a farthest advancement point of the instrument within the patient anatomy. The method further comprises: after depositing the distal sheath marker, withdrawing the instrument away from the target; determining an orientation of the distal sheath marker based on the identification feature; and, after withdrawing the instrument, using the location and orientation of the deposited distal sheath marker to determine a trajectory of a distal end of the instrument at or near the target.

In one embodiment, a feed slurry is introduced into multiple compartments or stages of a multi-stage autoclave. In another embodiment, an agitator pump is disposed in each compartment or stage of an autoclave to draw the feed slurry and oxygen into a pump cavity for intimate mixing. Preferably these embodiments are used in combination, and each is believed to contribute to enhanced utilization of the oxygen within the autoclave.

    Abstract: Apparatus for releasably locking a tilt steering wheel assembly in adjusted position comprises a bracket having a pair of spaced-apart plates affixed to the jacket of the steering shaft, and a pawl between the plates pivoted to the steering wheel assembly. Each plate has a hole and the holes are aligned. The pawl has a series of spaced holes. The pawl has a cam track. A cam on the bracket is engageable with the cam track to cause the pawl holes to align successively with the bracket holes when the steering wheel assembly is pivoted to various different positions. A lock pin is engageable in the aligned bracket and pawl holes to lock the steering wheel assembly in a desired position of adjustment.
