Abstract: A header assembly includes a conductive outer housing holding a center contact and a dielectric body. The outer housing has a rear shell and an outer contact extending forward from the rear shell. The outer contact has a catch extending therefrom positioned forward of the rear shell. The header assembly includes a nose cone coupled to the outer contact. The nose cone is manufactured from a plastic material. The nose cone surrounds the outer contact. The nose cone has keying ribs along an exterior thereof. The nose cone has a latch engaging the catch to secure the nose cone to the outer housing.

Abstract: A coaxial connector assembly includes a housing having a mating end and a mounting end having anvils. The housing has a cavity. A center contact is received in the cavity that includes a mating end and a terminating end. An outer contact is received in the cavity. The outer contact has a mating cylinder surrounding the center contact. The outer contact has mounting legs extending from the mating cylinder that extend through the housing to the mounting end of the housing. The mounting legs are formed against the anvils for termination to a circuit board.

Abstract: Enhanced systems, processes, tools, techniques and strategies are provided for executing corporate entity changes between or among institutions, particularly with respect to minimizing the negative effects of the corporate change on customers of the institutions. In various embodiments, a method is provided for determining a wave assignment for a customer in connection with multiple waves of the corporate change. The method may include establishing a baseline wave assignment for customers of the acquired institution based on customer account data; determining lines of business associated with the customer account data; and, applying wave assignments to the customer account data in response to the baseline wave assignments and the lines of business, among other potential factors.

Abstract: A wash down filtered fan apparatus for cooling and filtering a cabinet enclosure housing electromechanical equipment and sensitive electronics is provided consisting of an intake housing and exhaust housing. A blower mounted within an intake housing induces ambient air for cooling while a plurality of downwardly angled baffles provide protection at both intake and exhaust ports preventing the threat of detrimental external elements consisting of dust, residue, rain, pressurized water and other splashing liquids from penetrating such apparatus and cabinet enclosure housing.
